What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship of your timepiece under regular use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, or misuse, including drops, impacts, or excessive force.
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, minor scuffs, or fading of the finish.
- Water damage may occur if the watch is not used or maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines for water resistance.
- Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or service by third parties.
- Consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use, income, or emotional distress.
- Batteries, unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect and the watch is still under warranty.
Warranty Service

Our Responsibility
For valid warranty claims, Timeless Gratitude will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective watch with a comparable model of equal or greater value. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced timepiece to your designated address.

- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the timepiece from Timeless Gratitude.
